This course is deigned to provide a high level introduction to providing therapy in the home health environment. With the impact of healthcare reform on setting utilization, we start with an overview of the various payment models and impact on care. The basic requirements of home health are reviewed including some payment pieces; as well as the therapy components and documentation requirements. The course ends with some clinical and logistical considerations of doing home health therapy.
